The terms that apply when you use this website or travel with Holidays Journey.

This website is published by Holidays Journey to describe our destinations, itineraries and travel planning services, and to let you send us an enquiry. Content is for general information; itinerary details, availability and pricing are always confirmed with you in writing before a booking is treated as final.
We take care to keep destination and itinerary information accurate, but road conditions, weather, permits and local circumstances in the Himalaya can change with little notice. Where anything on the site conflicts with what we confirm to you directly for your trip, the written confirmation governs.
An enquiry or a quote is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once the 20% advance has been received and verified by us. The advance is non-refundable, and the remaining 80% is due before travel.
Package prices are per person unless stated otherwise, for Indian nationals unless specified, and GST is charged in addition. Helicopter tickets are confirmed only subject to availability and against 100% payment.
Char Dham Yatra and other Himalayan journeys involve travel at altitude, on mountain roads, and through areas where weather, landslides or administrative closures can affect a route or schedule. We plan conservatively and share this kind of risk clearly before you travel, but we cannot guarantee against events outside our control.
The text, photography and design on this website belong to Holidays Journey or are used with the relevant rightsholder's permission (see image credits where shown). Please do not reproduce them elsewhere without asking us first.
Where we link to a third-party website, such as a payment or messaging service, that site's own terms and privacy practices apply once you leave ours.
We plan each journey carefully, but travel carries inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue arising from your trip is limited to the value of the services we were engaged to provide.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and our registered base is Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
