How Holidays Journey collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Last updated 17 September 2026
We collect the information you choose to share through our enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone: your name, contact details, travel dates, number of travellers, destination or package of interest, budget and any message you add. We do not ask for payment or identity document details through the website.
We use the details you share to respond to your enquiry, plan and quote an itinerary, and stay in touch about a trip you have asked us about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our enquiry form uses a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting to block automated submissions, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission is from a person rather than a bot. These checks look at how the form was submitted, not at the content of your message.
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to our team through a transactional email provider. That provider only processes the message on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes.
A copy of each enquiry is also stored in our own database, hosted by our cloud database provider, so that our team can follow up and keep track of your trip. Only signed-in members of our staff can access it.
The website does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies or local storage in use are limited to making the site work correctly, such as remembering a filter you selected while browsing.
We keep enquiry details for as long as is useful to plan and follow up on your trip, and delete or anonymise older enquiries that did not lead to a booking once they are no longer needed.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time through our contact page. We will act on that request as soon as we reasonably can.
We may update this policy as the website and our tools change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
