How refunds work once a cancellation has been confirmed.
Last updated 17 September 2026
The 20% advance is non-refundable. Any other refund is calculated from the amount that remains after the charges in our Cancellation Policy have been applied. Amounts already paid to hotels, transport operators or permit authorities on your behalf are refundable only to the extent those vendors release them back to us.
Where a refund is due, we return it to the original mode of payment. Any payment-gateway or bank transfer fees charged by a third party at the time of payment are not within our control and are not refundable by us.
We begin processing an approved refund as soon as our vendors confirm the amounts they are releasing. Because that depends on each vendor's own process, we will keep you updated rather than commit to a fixed number of days.
If you believe a refund has been calculated incorrectly, contact us with your booking details through our contact page and we will review it with you.
